The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic will refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Returns and refunds will only be processed if the products are unopened with the seal intact and in perfect resalable condition. Customers are required to complete and sign a refund policy form which can be obtained by contacting 01285 653326. Refunds can only be made to the billing details provided when placing the order.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be eligible after 14 days or if the purchased product has been opened, used or the packaging is worn or damaged in any way. The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to receive back any goods after this time, and provided they are in a perfect resalable condition will impose a 20% restocking fee for this service.
All product returns to The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic must be sent by a minimum of tracked delivery. The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic is not responsible for products lost in post. Further postage will be charged on replacement goods and postage for returned or refunds is non refundable.
Please inspect purchased goods thoroughly on receipt and notify us in writing of any damages or missing products within 24 hours of receipt. If the products are damaged or have been used in any way then we reserve the right to cancel the purchase contract. Damages or missing products from an order must be reported within 24hours of receipt. The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic will not accept any responsibility for damages or missing items after this period of 24 hours.
If items are defective or missing then the full purchase price plus the cost of return packaging will be refunded. Any refunds/credits will be made within 30 days to the debit or credit card originally used for the purchase.
From time to time certain products may not be available. An offer of a suitable substitute of the same or better quality will be made. However every effort will be made by The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic to supply the ordered product within a reasonable period of time.
If a product is returned due to a skin reaction, a decision to accept a return is at the company's discretion. In this case a product reaction form from the company will need to be completed in full describing the reaction. Returned products are then sent to the appropriate manufacturers for testing and the cost of returning them to The Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic is at the customers own cost.
